Tierra Stephens is a wife, mother, and caregiver to her husband, and founder of Smiling Tears Caregiver Support Group LLC whose goal is to help and inspire others who may be dealing with the same life struggles of being a caregiver while also trying to stay encouraged. Tierra is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University and received her Associates Degree in Business Science.
